What we usually find
Wrong primary category
The single most important profile setting, and often set to something too broad.
Address shown when it should be hidden
Service-area businesses showing a home address, or using an ineligible virtual office.
A profile that looks inactive
Old photos, no updates and unanswered reviews make searchers pick the next listing.
Suspended in peak season
A guideline issue takes the profile offline and nobody knows how to appeal.
Before and after
Bare profile to optimized profile. Toggle to compare.

Good fit?
- You serve customers in a defined local area
- You have (or can get) real photos of your work
- You want more calls from the map pack without paying per click
Probably not a fit if
- You do not have a real business address (PO boxes and unstaffed virtual offices are not eligible)
Red flags
- Adds keywords or city names to your business name
- Suggests a virtual office or extra addresses to rank in more towns
- Offers to buy reviews or reward customers for them
- Recommends making a new profile after a suspension

GBP Optimization questions
Still have a question?Ask us on a free audit call.
Can you add keywords to my business name on Google?
No. Google requires your real-world business name, and keyword stuffing is a common cause of suspensions that competitors can report. We build relevance through categories, services, reviews and your website instead.
My Business Profile was suspended. Can you help?
Yes. We review the profile against Google's guidelines, correct the issue and submit an appeal with supporting documents. Google's review time varies from days to several weeks, and we keep you updated throughout.
Should my address show on Google?
If customers do not come to you, no. Service-area businesses should hide the address and list service areas instead. The address must still be a real location, not a PO box or an unstaffed virtual office.
How often should we add photos and updates?
Consistency matters more than volume. A steady flow of real photos from recent jobs and regular updates keeps the profile active and gives searchers a reason to call you.

Rather talk it through?
